"7 Cs of Communication" Training For teams, new communications team members, nonprofit comms and leadership groups, and conferences
In this training, we will explore seven key elements of consistent, clear, and engaging communication. We’ll start with a simple strategy for developing a “communications core” to inform all communications across all platforms and to anchor your communications plan. We’ll review effective practices that offer quantifiable results and that can be incorporated to help unite your staff and volunteer leadership teams in mission and in messaging.
7 Cs of Communication can be provided as a training or workshop. Trainings can be 1 to 2 hours in length. Workshops can be conducted as a single 3- to 4-hour session, a full-day intensive, or 2- to 3-hour sessions across multiple days.
Build & Boost Your Campaign Training For teams, new communications team members, nonprofit comms and leadership groups, and conferences
In this training, we will work together on a simplified and streamlined approach to building and boosting a campaign. This training is especially helpful for simple startup situations where nonprofit professionals are new or still building their chops with year-end campaigns. We'll cover pre-campaign planning, execution, and marketing.
Once you go through the process, you'll have a template for future campaigns so you'll never have to start from scratch again!
